With an illustrious career spanning over two decades in elite football, Pete brings unparalleled leadership, mentorship, and high-performance team development expertise.
Pete’s journey began as a PE teacher before advancing to key roles in football, including the Center of Excellence Director and Director of Youth Development at Oldham Athletic. In 2000, Pete joined Manchester City FC, where he transformed their Youth Academy into a globally acclaimed powerhouse. Over his 13-year tenure, Pete was instrumental in developing 39 first-team footballers and 25 international players, and his efforts contributed to numerous accolades, including 13 European tournament wins and six Divisional Premier League Championships.
After a successful professional sports career, Pete seamlessly transitioned to the corporate world, applying his high-performance strategies to business and education. Pete’s direct and transparent approach has empowered organizations to achieve exceptional results, fostering growth, innovation, and sustained success.
